My name is Kevin Koskella. I have been involved in fitness my whole life. When I graduated from college, as a former collegiate swimmer, reality started setting in: I needed a fitness and nutrition plan that worked! I read all I could on nutrition and other health-related subjects. My experiences as well as my clients’ experiences told me that the mainstream methods to get in shape do not work. Either they’re misinformed, too expensive, too time-consuming, or just too difficult for most people to do.
How do you train to burn the most fat possible, to attain your ideal weight?
I wrote a book a few years ago called The Healthy Burn in the attempt to help the greatest number of people lose unwanted weight. So I combined my knowledge of fitness, swim training, triathlon training, and what worked in helping people lose weight and regain energy. I also used my own success with becoming healthier, and years of intense research on nutrition and anti-aging. I then tried the system out on a couple of friends.
What I found was that my friends were seeing fat melt away, were getting sick less often, and discovering this new approach to healthy living was improving their lives in many areas!
